Jennifer is a mental health counselor who has worked with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief, attachment issues, self-esteem issues, self-harm, women's issues, adjustment issues, mood disorders, self-discovery/personal growth, coping skills, and many other issues that effect their psychological growth and development. She has worked with many developmental stages and ages from preschoolers to elders. Jennifer uses a collaborative approach to counseling, pulling from a humanistic approach which is very open and client-centered to behavioral techniques which help the client identify and challenge behaviors that are holding them back from being their best self. Since therapy is about the client, she believes in utilizing the specific therapeutic approach that will benefit them during each session.
