Jessica is a mental health counselor who specializes in treating individuals, children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment challenges using an integrative approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. She has over 10 years of experience supporting children and young adults with socialization, emotional, and behavioral challenges including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Specific Learning Disabilities, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder, among others. Jessica also works with families and couples to improve communication, find shared meaning, and work through conflict. She strongly believes in the value of continued education and is currently working towards obtaining her credentials to become a Registered Play Therapist and Gottman Couples Therapy Certification
